Emergency
Mold emergency? Skip the queue.
Emergency requests skip the queue. A person calls you back, not an autoresponder. Four fields, no estimate questions.
This is not an emergency service. For a life-safety emergency, a gas smell, an electrical hazard, or water near wiring, call 911 or your utility first.

-
Stop the water
Shut the main valve for a burst pipe or supply line. For a roof leak, catch what you can and move belongings out from under it.
-
Keep the HVAC off
If the growth or the water is near a vent or the air handler, leave the system off. EPA says not to run a system you suspect is contaminated.
-
Stay away from wiring
Water near outlets, panels, or appliances is an electrical hazard. Cut power to that area at the breaker only if you can reach it dry, or wait for help.
-
Do not disturb the growth
Scrubbing or pulling wet material spreads spores. Leave it, close the door, and photograph everything for your insurance file.

Received. A person is calling you back.
Keep your phone near you. Until then, stop the water if you can, keep the HVAC off if the growth is near a vent, and do not disturb the growth.
